How do I track my order?
Open Account → My orders and tap the order. The delivery progress shows where it is.
What is the return window for an item?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Items marked non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Open Account → My orders, choose the order and tap Request a return. Tell us the reason and our team will arrange the pickup.
Can I change the delivery address or cancel my order after submitting?
You can cancel an order from My orders until it is dispatched. To change the address, contact us before dispatch.
What do I do if my order is missing an item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will send the missing item or refund it.
How do I use my coupon code?
Enter the code in Add coupon in your cart or at checkout and tap Apply.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. In your cart tap Make it a Gift to add wrapping and a personal note.
